No, VA benefits aren't based on anything other than your disabling conditions. Most VA health providers won't care about marijuana and other substances that show up (meth, opioids, etc.) will probably lead to you being offered treatment or counseling for substance abuse. You will never lose disability benefits due to substance abuse.
