Without a complete review of your file it isn't possible to say for sure, however...it sounds as if you're eligible for the housebound benefit. Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) benefits can be very challenging to ascertain and often enough, the easiest way to determine eligibility is to apply for the benefit you believe you're eligible for. If you're denied, you'll get a Statement of the Case and you'll have a better understanding of what it would require for your eligibility should you choose to appeal.
