Are you qualified for the same benefits such as free car registration if you are 100% TDIU compared to 100% Schedular rating?

Yes. If the 100% TDIU is permanent (or P & T) and not a temporary (future exams scheduled) all the benefits are the same as a 100% schedular rating. The benefits like car registration vary from state to state so you'll have to check your state regs to be sure.
