Jim,
I'm writing to get help with finding an attorney. I am 100% disabled and I have a fiduciary who has taken over my v.a. and ss. He is late with payments making my credit bad. I'm married to a woman who's capable of helping me with finance.

An attorney can't help you at this point. This is a fairly routine problem that you're facing and there are strict rules regarding how vets may use attorneys.
You must do a lot of this on your own. I do a great deal of this fiduciary trouble-shooting and I have 2 pages on my sites that will help you.

You and your spouse should read all that carefully. The information is complex and may seem hard to follow but you must do this for yourself.
Then check out the rest of the info on those sites for the other benefits information provided there.
File an appeal per those instructions that you'll find. Once you've carefully appealed your fiduciary situation, if you are denied, then you may contact an attorney to see if he or she may help you.
