Question:

My 27 year old son,an 8 year Marine Corps vet, sustained a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head on April 25, 2019. He is at Tampa,Fl VA in the TBI rehab program. My husband and I need to get Guardianship over him due to him being incompetent. We visited and attorney they told us 5-8 K. Are there any services to help us, or any recommendations?

Guardianship actions can be very expensive. Were I you I'd shop around a bit for just the right lawyer.
