Question:
I'm a 58 yr. old disabled NAVY Vet, forced out of my job from the Miami VA Hospital 2 wks. before the Holidays 18th Dec./2017 under Medical Inability after undergoing major life altering L4-L5 Decompression & Fusion where I almost didn't make it out of the surgery room due to a work related injury. They totally neglected my Workman's Comp Claim and denied me of my reasonable accommodations, stating that they had done everything humanly possible and that in the whole state of Fla., the VA couldn't find a place for me to remain gainfully employed. I've been approved for my VA Disability Pension / OPM since Feb. 2019 but till this day they have failed to put me in the Active Pay Status. I'm currently taking care of my 80 yr. old Mom, we both live on a very limited income struggling & going through Financial Hardship unnecessarily due to their incompetence and negligence. Really need assistance finding and getting free legal representation at all !!!!! PLEASE HELP ME< THANKS !!!!!!!
