Question:
My father was in the Marine reserve and was at Camp Lejeune between 1963 and 1970. In 1998 he had aplastic anemia (attributed, at the time, possibly to a medication he was on, in 2015 he developed oral cancer, had another oral cancer a year or 2 later, 2017 was bladder cancer, now a node on his thyroid that is being removed and tested in 2 weeks. He is 74 and has been retired for almost 10 years, worked NYPD from 1970 - 1984, then drove a school bus for 10 years. Could he still be entitled to some type of compensation?
