Question:
Does a father have legal right to a child born out of wedlock? Mother was awarded sole physical legal custody of said child while father is on the birth certificate was title as non custodial parent seeking visitations..

What is your definition of "legal right"? It sounds as if a family court has decided that you're the father and the mother will be mostly responsible for raising the child and you'll be a part of that if you want to. It sounds very much like your concerns of legality have been attended to by the court. Now you have an opportunity to show what you're made of and be a great dad...go for it.
