Question:
I was appointed as a legal conservator for my friend and his wife in 2016. We have been friends for over 15 years. I have been providing for him and his wife all this time never to take a penny from them. My question is he had a will created in 2012 by a military attorney then later had a trust made in 2018. He has since passed 1-19-2019. Are his wishes upheld or is his will and trust void? I know without seeing it you may not be able to help. Please advise, Thank you Jim

To get a proper answer you'll need to speak with an attorney who is well experienced in probate. In my layman's experience, a valid will is going to rule most of the time.
