How to get help for VA clinic contractor's malpractice

Question

My father received colonoscopy services performed by a contractor at a VA Clinic in South Florida. He was injured during the procedure and has not recovered after over 2 years. The VA has denied his claim because the procedure was not performed by a VA employee. We need help to figure out what options are available to him to receive some financial compensation for his injuries.

Your very best bet is to seek the services of an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice. It's difficult to sue the VA but it can be done.  Good Luck!
