Hi Jim, I was wondering can you work a regular full time job if the VA rated you at 100% p&t? I work for the federal government and this year had my rating went up from 60% to 90%, then sleep apnea and tinnitus go it to 100%b but I didn’t ask for p&t. It’s mostly due to resistive hypertension which cause migraines and urinary frequency etc. it’s hard to concentrate sometimes at my job and miss a lot of work days for tons of appointments, but I still have some sick time. I guess my question is I still like my federal job and didn’t ask for p&t but VA gave it to me. Can I still hold my federal job and work while 100% p&t? Thank you.

Yes, you're allowed to work full time. The TDIU benefit wouldn't allow that but a schedular 100% rating allows gainful employment.
