Erroneous hair drug test

Question:

Are there pro bono services for disabled veterans dealing with CPS (Children's Division) in Missouri who could help me dispute erroneous hair drug tests?

Jim's Reply:

You can try to reach out to legal aid providers in your region but this isn't a veterans issue or problem. Our status as veterans doesn't give us any privileges or qualify us for help when we have civilian related problems such as yours. You're a civilian and answer to civilian laws, rules and regs now. Protesting erroneous drug tests is very difficult to do as these tests aren't easy to dispute. Hair follicle and similar tests are generally regarded as highly accurate with a lot of science to back that up. You can probably find an advocate to help for a fee but I'm sure it would be expensive.
