My main questions are
1) I work at a full time job making about 13 to 14 an hour plus my disability from the VA -- can I be declined for SNAP?. Mind you, I have a family of five and one on the way.
2) Would I also qualify for housing with the same thing?

SNAP and many other public assistance benefits are means tested...in other words, the beneficiary must be at a certain overall or total income to be eligible for the benefit. If you're making more than (x) dollars, you may be denied SNAP. The only way to know is to apply and complete all the financial info you're asked for. The financial statement and formula will have your answer.
