Question:

Hi Jim I am currently 100% rated through the VA, but not Total and Permanent Disabled. Would I still be able to qualify for the Disabled Veteran Student Loan Forgiveness?

Jim's Reply:

No. Student loan forgiveness requires that you be both totally and permanently disabled. Your rating seems to be temporary and that isn't enough for student loan forgiveness.
