Question:
I served in Viet Nam in 1968 to 1969 in Chu Lai... 2015 I got prostate cancer, had 42 radiation treatments. My doctor's say my cancer stable but not in remission. 2017 had to go for exam. they were gong to cut me back to 60%. after appeal they keep me at 100%. I will be 70 yrs oldd this March, will they keep makeing me get exams. at my age?? I must get up 5 or 6 times a night to go to bathroom, Also have a very loose bowel Issue. Very embaressing.. Thank you for your time .

It's likely that VA will cut you loose from those exams after your 70th. But we aren't able to say for sure since the policy seems to differ from place to place. Often enough when the condition has stabilized, it'll be rated as permanent and you won't have to endure the exams any longer.
