Question:

I won my DIC appeal on May 15th 2019 and I or my lawyers have heard nothing since. How long can this take for back pay and benefits to start

Jim's Reply:

We know that sorting out your benefits shouldn't take this long but it often does. There's no legit reason, it's just the VA. Your lawyer is best positioned to advise you.
