Attorney advice seems questionable

Question:

My accredited attorney has advised me that any case that is not likely to prevail, will bring about the denial of all claims made in the appeal. My question, is this the greed of an attorney to make the easy 20 and walk away from the hard work?

Jim's Reply:

I'm not sure I understand? If the attorney has advised you that your claims would be denied, how will the lawyer make "the easy 20"? If an attorney who works on contingency fee advises you that a case isn't likely to win, you can usually take that as gospel.
