I need help with getting some benefits. My husband do not take care of me & child. I would like to see how I can fill this apportionment of Beneficiary.

The former spouses of veterans who do not follow the orders of a family court to pay certain amounts for alimony and child support may seek an apportionment of the veteran obligor's VA disability payment. This may occur when the veteran falls far behind in child support payments, for example, and the obligee can document that there is a current court order and that the veteran failed to meet that obligation.
