Question:
My claims was remanded by the BVA back to the RO for a C&P. The RO denied the claims based on the C&P. According to the RO, the denied claims were sent back to the BVA. Would I send the VA additional evidence pertaining to these claims via the Janesville fax or to the BVA fax? I've asked several VSO and the VA (800 number) but received different information. What say you? Thank you.

Based on the little data I have about your situation, I'm of the opinion that you do nothing until you hear from the BVA regarding the C & P exam results. If BVA denies your appeal, you find a lawyer to help you.
