I’m 100% T & P. Assuming this statement is correct “The court can take up to 50% of VA disability check before VA considers a hardship to veteran.” Does this mean 50% off what I receive? Or does it mean 50% after my monthly bills? If you could also give me the legal document that has this information it would be greatly appreciated.
