Hi Jim, I'm looking for some information on how to get Aid and Attendance services for my father who is a Vietnam Vet with full disability. He currently has only been approved for a few hours of aid and attend but we would like to get him the full services. My mother is having a hard time getting anyone to help her locally with this. Wondering if you have any advice on how to go about this?

The A & A benefit is notoriously elusive. If you follow the instructions for application to the letter and you have a legit claim, you may still be denied because a certifying doctor didn't cross a T or dot an I.
Persistence and the will to apply, appeal and apply again is your best tactic. Go for it.
