Question:
I just hit my 5 year review mark so the VA took me back for a C&P of my sinusitis. They recently sent me a letter stating they were going to drop me from 30% to 10% based on the evidence they have that my condition got better. However, the letter they sent did not contain any evidence... What could this mean? I want to send them evidence to appeal it but I am worried the VA will come after my other disabilities in retaliation. I know nothing is protected and I am worried that whole process could get uglier. Are my fears correct? Could they come after everything is I don't play ball?

There is no choice but to appeal. Your other ratings aren't a part of the process so you shouldn't have any worries.
