Question:
My ex just received 100% disability for Vietnam...I was married to him for 20 years while going thru all of that mess. Am I entitled to any of his $30k a yr tax free income? After all I put up with his being in jail & alcoholism for 20 years, shouldn't that count for anything?

You are due what the divorce court said you were due and not one cent less or more. If you believe that his income has changed substantially and that you are owed more today than when you divorced, you have to return to the divorce court and seek a modification of any alimony you may already have.
